Daniel Dulgerian Managing Partner

Accomplished marketing executive and entrepreneur with a proven 12-year track record helping venture-backed organizations scale their marketing, sales, and operations using technology and strategic planning. Daniel founded two marketing automation companies, both of which were acquired, and has extensive experience with website, software, and domain M&A's. Daniel is responsible for overseeing the management of the portfolio and validating market demand for new investments opportunities.

Jerry Bellman Chief Financial Officer

Jerry joined Polar Apex in January, 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer. Over 30 years experience in corporate finance, he is responsible for the financial oversight of the Company, including financial reporting, budgeting, projections, mergers & acquisitions, investor relations, and financial models. As an M&A Director at SG Cowen/Société Générale, he supervised the execution of over $10bn in M&A transactions for clients including Vivendi, Warner Bros., Telecom Italia, Pathe and the French State. Jerry received his CPA while employed with Price Waterhouse in New York and London.
