Polar Apex today welcomed Jerry Bellman to their team as Chief Financial Officer where he will be responsible for the financial oversight of the Company, including financial reporting, budgeting, projections, mergers & acquisitions, investor relations, and financial models. As an M&A Director at SG Cowen/Société Générale, he supervised the execution of over $10bn in M&A transactions for clients including Vivendi, Warner Bros., Telecom Italia, Pathe and the French State. Jerry received his CPA while employed with Price Waterhouse in New York and London.
